What is the time length of a session?

The length of time depends on the focus of the training. Sessions are generally 60 - 75 minutes.

Do you work only on linear speed?

No. We believe in developing well-rounded athletes. Our sessions also incorporate multi-directional speed training. We also have sessions dedicated to strength as well. The only way to dominate is to be prepared for everything.

Do you coach sports other than track and field?

Yes. SpeedMarshall develops athletes across a wide range of sports. The athletes we’ve trained outshine the competition in baseball, softball, hockey, tennis, soccer, and football. Our methodology is adaptable to all means of athleticism.

How many days a week do you recommend training for speed performance?

We recommend a minimum of two times a week.

What do you recommend bringing to a training session?

  • Comfortable workout clothes

  • Running/cross-training shoes, cleats, and spikes.

  • Yoga mat or towel

  • Water

  • Wristwatch

  • The proper mindset with positive energy.

If I’m tired or injured, should I still come to training?

Yes, you should. The athlete will be assessed each session and based on that, the session will be adjusted to ensure quality. Training takes on many forms that can incorporate restoration as well.

Do you still hold sessions in the rain?

Yes. Sessions are canceled or postponed in the presence of lightning or heavy downfall where vision is impaired. A notification will be sent out on the status of the session.

Do you work with the youth age group?

Yes.

What are your cancellation policies?

For private training, clients have 6 hours to cancel their appointment. Failure to comply or no show will result in a $40 fee. For group training clients, you have 2 hours to cancel before class starts. Failure to comply will result in a $20 fee. Arriving 5 minutes after a group training class start time will result in a cancellation fee of $20.

Would I pay the full rate of the membership if I join after the month has begun?

No, with joining after the start of the month, your desired training plan would be pro-rated for your first month. On the 1st of the next month, your rate will reflect the full price of your current membership.
