GROUP TRAINING
Prepare for the various challenges of being an athlete so you’ll be able to adapt and thrive in every situation. Every group session begins with a thorough warm-up and follows a theme to ensure the compatibility of work. We sequence skills in a logical learning order and provide a learning environment that is both engaging and beneficial to each athlete.
In groups of 4-10 athletes, we introduce competition-like conditions and emphasize speed mechanics in ideal and adverse scenarios. Following the main work, we’ll tie everything related to the session's theme. To close the session we’ll work towards in some way to minimize any adverse effects of the days training with an appropriate cooldown.
