PRIVATE TRAINING
The most gains in an athlete’s improvement come from focused, consistent, and intensive personalized training. Every training session follows a structured plan specially made for each athlete. Our process is demanding and detail-oriented. You must be prepared to work, be engaged, and do your best.
Every session begins with a thorough warm-up and follows a theme to ensure compatibility of work. We sequence skills in a logical learning order and provide a learning environment that is appropriate for each athlete.
All sessions are recorded and we provide immediate video review and feedback.
PRIVATE OPTIONS
1 on 1 Private
A session that will only have one athlete and the coach.
Semi-Private
This session can have a maximum of 3 athletes in the session with the coach.
